1. What Agency Listed is

Agency Listed is a free, public directory of marketing agencies. Anyone can browse it, and agencies can list and claim an entry at no cost. It is a directory, not a marketplace: we do not broker work, hold payments, or promise that a listing will produce clients or leads.

2. Listings and claiming

Some listings were created by us from publicly available business information so that agencies could find and claim them. Claiming a listing means telling us it is yours, so:

• Only claim an agency you own or are authorised to represent.
• One account manages one listing. If your group genuinely needs more, email support@aidelly.com.
• A verified badge means we matched your email domain to the agency website, or you proved control of the domain. It is a check on ownership, not an endorsement of the agency’s work.
• Claims that fail those checks are reviewed by a person, and we may refuse or reverse a claim we believe is not legitimate.

3. What we ask of you

When you use the directory, please do not:

• claim a listing for an agency you do not represent, or impersonate anyone;
• publish anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• use the directory or its contact details to send spam;
• scrape it wholesale or attempt to disrupt or break into the service.

4. Your content

What you write in your listing stays yours. By publishing it here you give us permission to display, format, and distribute it as part of the directory, including in search results, feeds, and structured data that other services and AI assistants may read and cite. You confirm you have the right to publish what you submit, including any logo you upload.

5. Neutrality

These are commitments, not preferences:

• Listing is free, and organic placement is never sold.
• Featured placement is always labelled “Featured” and never changes how organic results are ordered.
• The directory is operated by Aidelly Corporation, which is disclosed plainly on the About page rather than buried here.

6. Editing and removal

We may edit listings for accuracy or formatting, and we may remove a listing or suspend an account that breaks these terms. You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, with no account required. Email support@aidelly.com with the listing URL.

7. Email

Claiming a listing lets us send you essential messages about that listing. The newsletter is separate, never pre-ticked, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy notice for what we collect.

8. No warranty, and the limits of our liability

The directory is provided as-is. We work to keep listings accurate, but we do not verify the quality, pricing, or claims of any agency listed here, and a listing is not a recommendation. Choosing and engaging an agency is your decision, and any contract you make is between you and them. Links to third-party sites are not endorsements.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, business, or data arising from your use of the directory. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the directory develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.

10. Who you are dealing with

Agency Listed is operated by Aidelly Corporation, 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
